Even though this blog is all about food, and in particular all about food related to survival of the black man, there are some other topics we want to present.  We wrote an article on How to Order Wine With Dinner on the site because this is a topic that vexes not only black men, but any young guy who goes out on a date and has to figure out how in the world to select a bottle of wine when there are so many choices and no set of instructions.


The article just covers the basics about how to order, the tasting process, how to pair wine with food, etc. but we think it will be very helpful to the brothers out there who want to impress their date, or simply don't want to make a bad wine choice at an otherwise nice dinner.
